Continuum Climate Study
A Matter Of Perspective

The Continuum Climate Study™ therefore begins with a thorough survey of a pre-determined employee group. We work with you to identify a customized set of questions designed to elicit honest feedback and creative solutions around your present need.
Climate StudyTM assessments may include one or more of the following methods:

Upon completion, the Continuum Consultant sorts and reviews the data from a variety of angles to identify and understand your current climate, the nature of the challenge or situation, and to recommend appropriate responses or solutions.
Things we inquire into can include:
- Team dynamics – levels of trust, communication, collaboration
- Leadership effectiveness
- Variances between groups in methods, practices, ideologies
- Current or potential problem areas
- Solutions for current or potential areas of difficulty
- Opportunities for improvement
- State of readiness for transition
At the conclusion of the Climate Study, Continuum will provide full data reporting (including statistical breakdowns with numeric and graphical charting) depending on the depth and breadth of the survey.
Turning Date Into Action
Presentation of data, conclusions and recommendations generally occur in an executive meeting followed by a 1- or 2-day Action Planning Retreat, which includes a larger set of managers, leaders, employee teams, and/or internal or external customers as determined by the executive team.
Action Planning Retreats usually result in a group understanding of the current situation, identified priority areas for development, and a Roadmap for moving forward detailing direction, accountability and next action steps.
The Continuum Climate Study is individually tailored to client need, and therefore is variable in size, scope and affiliated costs.
