Al Sullivan serves as a consultant with Continuum Consulting Services LLC. He specializes in system-wide organization development and transformation. His approach integrates both theory and practical tools from the applied behavioral sciences.

Al brings expertise in organizational development, diversity and inclusion, leadership coaching and customized training to help leaders and client systems engage everyone to do their best work. He designs and conducts highly effective, deep-dive teamwork and team development retreats, workshops and strategic planning sessions.

Al helped select and lead the change team of a city municipality to update and roll out a 3,000-employee, citywide diversity, inclusion and culture training initiative. He helped the information technology division of Fortune 100 global pharmaceutical and biotechnology developer and manufacturer GlaxoSmithKline win the Attraction/Development & Retention diversity award by helping the company design and implement initiatives that significantly increased workforce diversity and inclusion. He has worked with several organizations to design and facilitate annual all-staff retreats and cross-functional work teams.

Al is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and certified leadership coach from the International Coaching Federation. He earned a Master of Science degree in organization development from American University. He is a former U.S. Army officer and combat veteran.

When not working, Al enjoys spending time with his wife and two adult children, going to live jazz performances, participating in triathlons and fishing.
