As a team and organization development consultant and process facilitator, Cristin Brown (she/her) serves as a consultant for Continuum Consulting Services, LLC. Cristin brings over 20 years of experience developing and engaging teams to solve complex problems and optimize results while growing individual and organizational awareness and knowledge.

Cristin is passionate about partnering with teams to create effective and enduring change by connecting people to each other and to a shared purpose. Using a collaborative, inclusive and result-oriented style, Cristin empowers her clients to be curious and find inspiring new ways to engage in their work and achieve their vision.

Leveraging her experience in the telecommunications industry where she led initiatives ranging from product deployment to mergers and acquisitions, Cristin now partners with a variety of clients in non-profit, education and private sector to develop and implement strategic plans, increase team and leader effectiveness,and transform organizational behaviors.

Cristin graduated from the University of Colorado and holds a Masters in Organization Development from American University. She is certified as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practitioner from Georgetown University and has pursued post-graduate certifications in Appreciative Inquiry and Executive Coaching.
