Jazmine Fenlator-Victorian born and raised in New Jersey to interracial parents; is a dual citizen of the United States and Jamaica. She is a driven and dedicated Olympic athlete who has competed in the 2014 and 2018 Winter Olympic Games for Women's Bobsleigh. She made historical marks by being on the most diversified team for Team USA in 2014 and the Pilot that qualified the first ever Jamaican and Caribbean Women's Winter Olympic Team to compete in the most recent Pyeong Chang 2018 Games. She currently is pursuing efforts to qualify for her third and final Olympic Games in Beijing 2022.

With a degree in Multimedia Communications/Journalism and a minor in Advertising from Rider University, Jazmine then acquired a Master’s degree from California University of PA in Performance Enhancement and a MBA concentrating in Marketing from Keller Graduate School of DeVry University.

After Jazmine’s second Olympic appearance, she was the commencement speaker at her alma mater for Rider University’s graduate class of 2019 and received an Honorary Doctorate for her achievements and contributions to the community. She is also a board member for eiFocus, a non-profit group that focuses on empowering women and girls in sports through emotional intelligence training.

Although always an athlete, Jazmine recently launched her social media and branding consulting agency in early 2021 called GoalDen Theory LLC, where she focuses on helping small businesses and individuals authentically evolve, transform and reimagine their brands online. In addition Jazmine is a business mentor to entrepreneurs and business owners looking to get started, grow and scale reaching their full potential and bring their vision of success to life.

Jazmine is extremely passionate about representation, diversity on and off the playing field and ensuring there is inclusivity in sport. She often engages in public speaking events, guest lectures and motivational speaking opportunities to encourage and help individuals navigate being their own champion as well as embracing their individual diversity and the impact they have with their voice. She was the first ever ESPY’s Team USA red carpet correspondent, was inducted into her alma mater Rider University’s Athletic Hall of Fame twice, and has been named Woman of the Year by her University and Athletic Conference twice.

On a more personal level Jazmine enjoys travel, cooking, hiking, photography, spending time with family and her dog Drift, and taking on new adventurous challenges.
