Mary Ritz is in the business of empowering, educating, and encouraging people to reach their maximum potential.  Her passion is to help people see the best in themselves and develop and harness their skills to effect positive change in their lives, organizations, communities, and families.  She is a dynamic trainer, facilitator, and consultant with repeated success guiding leadership and team development, and customer management strategy for diverse organizations.

She believes that for businesses to remain profitable and relevant, the customer must become the focal point of their strategies, henceforth her work in helping organizations become more customer centric.  However, when all is considered, it becomes apparent that “people” (Teams & Leadership) are responsible for driving towards customer centricity and business in general. Consequently, Mary has strategically adopted a systemic view by bringing the three human elements in the business mix:  Customer Management, Leadership Development, and Team Development for business performance.

Mary is the Owner and Founder of Almenta International, a training and consulting organization founded in 2008 in Johannesburg, South Africa. She moved to the US in January 2014, where she re-established the same business model and company. She is a John Maxwell certified Teacher, Speaker, and Coach. She holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing, an MBA in International Business, and a PhD in Business focusing on Customer Centricity from Da Vinci Institute of Technology, Johannesburg South Africa.
