Pilar Pardo Cembrano serves as a consultant and coach with Continuum Consulting Services LLC’s European Union team. A passionate believer in lifetime learning, Pilar has shifted her diverse corporate background into serving as an internationally respected trainer and master coach.

Pilar brings expertise in leadership development, communications, organizational and cultural change, and design thinking to corporations across the globe, including Airbus, Bayer, Bakinter, Desigual, Ferrovial, Grifols, Grupo Santander, IAC, La Caixa, Lilly, Loreal, Pfizer, Procter & Gamble, Sanitas and Telefónica.

She has performed more than 2,500 hours of individual and team coaching for a diverse set of clients. She serves as program and certification leader for The Coaches Training Institute’s CTI Coaching Program and as a certified master facilitator for Verus Global. She has served as business strategy master for ESTRADE Business School since 2008.

Pilar’s 14 years with Procter & Gamble increased her expertise in marketing, logistics, engineering and production, as well as offered rich cultural experiences working and living in countries around the globe. She speaks fluent Spanish and English and conversational Portuguese.

She holds a range of key certifications and coursework, including Coaching Systems Relations and Organizations from The Center for Right Relationship, Master in NLP from the Barcelona-based Gestalt Institute, Systemic Consultancy from STC Systemic, Organizational Constellations training from Bert Hellinger Institute in the Netherlands and Industrial Engineering from Polytechnic Institute of Zaragova. Additional coursework in emotional intelligence and Gestalt therapy have deepened her coaching effectiveness.
