Organizational systemic constellation work, applied as "systems mapping," enhances our cognitive insights with somatic (embodied) wisdom. We map the various components of the organization’s system and explore the dynamics and historic patterns that either hinder or enhance a leader’s, team’s or organization’s ability to thrive. The most complex issues can be mapped to find the most effective, sustainable solutions.
