Betsey (Elizabeth) Upchurch serves as a consultant for Continuum Consulting Services LLC. She brings more than 30 years of experience in organizational development. Her gentle yet direct style creates an atmosphere where people step into the difficult issues that, once traveled through, propel them to new horizons.

Betsey has worked with organizations in software, energy, pharmaceutical, biotech manufacturing, construction, and others to provide engaging and timely solutions for change management, strategic direction, and organization development.

Betsey’s recent work uses online learning platforms, simulations, and virtual instructional design to provide powerful, experiential learning, as well as ongoing leadership development and project management.
