Bio

For over 20 years Charise has worked to lead Human Resources transformation in private, public, and non-profit organizations. She is passionate about HR because at the center of all the work we do is the people. The focus on people and their motivation to excel in an organization and drive desired results is intriguing to her. She likes to say she’s “in the people business” because without our people, our organizations are not sustainable. Charise believes her colleagues and potential clients should experience a workplace where their skills, mental health, and professional future are at top of mind for everyone working in an organization.
Charise has a master’s degree in Organization Development from American University. In her spare time, Charise enjoys wine tasting, reading books, and hanging out with her five kids, husband, and dog Avery.
