Bio
Pam McPhee as a founder was the Executive Director of The Browne Center, www.brownecenter.com from 1987 – 2020. She is faculty emeritus of the University of New Hampshire, and was the Equine Assisted Mental Health and Learning Graduate Coordinator at Prescott College. Pam holds a M.S.W. from the University of Connecticut and doctoral work through Prescott College. Pam has had a varied career working for business, civic and educational institutions. Her focus is on helping individuals and groups develop their own deliberate culture through inter and intra-personal skill development, group facilitation and coaching. She enjoys co-creating effective learning environments.
In 2010 The International Association for Experiential Education honored Pam with the Michael Stratton Practitioner's Award-their highest award given to practitioners. ‘Pam demonstrates that an individual practitioner can bring about significant change and provide a positive lasting impact on the lives of her students, participants and clients’.
