Bio

Sallie Lee is founder of Shared Sun Studio and a consultant with Continuum Consulting Services LLC. She brings decades of experience in organizational development and design, serving as a thinking partner, facilitator, coach, trainer and strategist for a global client base ranging from five-person to 500,000-person organizations.

Sallie is known for bringing vision, clarity of purpose and innovation to all of her work with clients.

She has designed customized consultative and training programs for a variety of academic and corporate environments, including ANZ Bank, Cap Gemini Accelerated Solutions Environments, Episcopal Health Foundation in Texas, McKinsey Consulting, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, University of Western Australia Business School Alliance and Wegman’s Foods.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and philosophy and master’s degrees in international relations and wisdom studies. She holds a certification from Case Western Reserve University’s graduate Global Excellence in Management program. She trained with Appreciative Inquiry originator David Cooperrider and is a certified trainer for Barrett Values Centre’s assessment tools and processes. Sallie is an associate of the Taos Institute, a community of scholars and practitioners committed to promoting creative, appreciative and collaborative processes around the world.

Based in her native Asheville, North Carolina, in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Sallie spent six years living in Colombia, and communicates well in both Spanish and English. She has lived in Miami, New York City and Sydney.
